Abstract: Loyalty Management Group operates Nectar, the largest Loyalty card programme in the UK. Launched in 2002, now more than 50% of all households in the country participate in Nectar, collecting points from over 7,000 retail outlets. Managing and analysing the huge amount of information for an operation on such a scale requires a specially tailored software package, and when they were looking for a new system, LMUK turned to Newgrove to develop Map-OMatic, which now performs this complex job with deceptive ease.
